Braised! is more than a mobile catering and bar company—it’s a celebration on wheels. Based in North Idaho, we specialize in bold flavors, handcrafted drinks, and unforgettable vibes.
Our vintage horse trailer, The Copper Rose, is fully equipped to cater intimate gatherings, upscale weddings, corporate retreats, and everything in between.
Led by chef-creator Chelsea Nesbit, every plate and pour is inspired by soulful hospitality and elevated comfort food. Whether you're lakeside, fireside, or curbside, we bring the party to you.

Please note: alcohol is not included in our rental & service packages.
Braised! provides the trailer, professional bartenders, setup,
glassware, ice, garnishes, and service — you (the host) are responsible
for purchasing and providing all alcoholic beverages. We’re happy to
advise on quantities and brands, coordinate delivery, and accept returns
where suppliers allow. We do not operate under a liquor license; our team
will serve responsibly and check IDs for all guests.
If you’d like assistance ordering alcohol, ask about our Alcohol Ordering & Handling service (additional fee) — we can place orders, receive delivery, and return unopened product when the supplier permits. |
